If Senate Bills (SB) 902, 995, 1120 & Assembly Bills (AB) 725, 1279, 2345, 3040, 3107[1] [2] [3].[4] PASS by
August 30^th, Single Family Residence (SFR) Zoning throughout California will be eliminated; thus allowing a Fourplex on each SFR lot.  If the SFR is within a half a mile of a bus stop, a high-rise up to 100-feet high with 120 Apartments will be allowed on EACH SFR lot.  These bills don't require on-site parking, because government fantasies that tenants will only ride busses and won’t own cars.

 CALL, WRITE, EMAIL AND FAX the Governor & your legislators NOW!  Ask them to please VOTE "NO" on these Bills.
